The center operates with a multidisciplinary team that includes medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, oncology APPs, a dosimetrist, a physicist, therapists, and nursing staff. Clinical operations are structured to support coordinated cancer care delivery for an adult patient population. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide inpatient, outpatient, and clinic hematology and oncology coverage Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, on-site in Great Falls, Montana. Clinical volume includes 0-2 new consults per day, 15-20 follow-up visits per day, 0-5 inpatient follow-ups per day, and 0-2 new inpatient consults per week. After-hours call coverage is required as part of a call schedule at a 1:5 ratio. All clinical documentation must be maintained through the Epic EMR system for patient encounters and treatment planning activities.
