Benefits Competitive pay plan with commission and bonus Positive, family-friendly workplace culture Proven training program - we invest in your success Health, Dental, 401(k), and Paid Time Off Qualifications & Requirements Previous customer service experience preferred; candidates from hospitality, call centers, telemarketing, mortgage, financial services, or insurance encouraged Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset Ability to identify sales opportunities and present effective solutions Self-motivated and results-driven; comfortable in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with CRM systems or dealership software is a plus Valid driver’s license required Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement Greet and engage customers in the service drive to build rapport and trust Educate customers on upgrade, trade-in, and acquisition opportunities Acquisition & Trade-In Opportunities Identify customers with high-value trade-ins or expiring warranties Present upgrade programs, lease-end options, and current promotions Partner with the sales team to transition interested customers smoothly into the sales process Service Department Collaboration Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to identify vehicle and customer opportunities Maintain clear communication between departments to enhance the customer experience Process & Reporting Track interactions, opportunities, and conversion outcomes Report acquisition metrics and improvement insights to management Ensure compliance with dealership policies and customer satisfaction standards Fitzgerald Auto Mall is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
