Responsibilities Optimize facility cleanliness by managing waste disposal and maintaining production workstations. Operate forklifts to organize scrap materials and load trailers efficiently. Enhance site safety and presentation by performing routine housekeeping and grounds maintenance. Support the longevity of facility assets through proactive preventative maintenance and minor building repairs. Execute painting and general facility improvements to maintain high operational standards. Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot and repair equipment, ensuring minimal downtime. Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements to foster a secure work environment. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project goals are met. Qualifications Required Skills Proven ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Physical capability to perform tasks involving standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Successful completion of a background check and drug screening. Preferred Skills 1+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or general labor. High school diploma or GED. Strong mechanical aptitude and a proactive approach to learning new repair techniques.
