Nurse Practitioner - Substance Use & MAT Specialist

CRI-Help, Inc. seeks a Nurse Practitioner to coordinate medical care and MAT across CRI-Help facilities in Los Angeles County. You will liaise with the Director of Nursing and oversee health statuses during treatment episodes, ensuring high-quality care for clients with substance use disorders. You will conduct assessments, diagnose, educate on MAT, obtain consent, and document care while meeting productivity targets and HIPAA requirements using the CRI-Help EHR system. #J-18808-Ljbffr CRI-Help, Inc
