What You’ll Do Manage a caseload of approximately 150 active workers' compensation files from start to finish Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and attorneys on a daily basis Handle crisis management as it arises Keep cases moving with precision, follow-through, and a calm head What We’re Looking For Minimum 18 months of Connecticut workers' compensation or personal injury experience — this is a firm requirement Client‑oriented mindset and genuine comfort with heavy phone and email contact Detail orientation that borders on obsessive (in the best way) Grace under pressure — someone who doesn't rattle easily A sense of humor never hurts Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Filevine and/or Case Status is a significant plus Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Health, vision, and dental insurance Paid vacation and holidays Free parking A genuinely collegial work environment where your contributions matter If you're experienced, organized, people-focused, and ready to hit the ground running, we'd love to connect.
