Business Analyst DC/Winchester, VA This is an Onsite Position EM Key Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst. Duties/Responsibilities: Process requirement experts analyze business use cases for possible automation and, subsequently, create the process definitions and process maps critical for successful bot development. Engage with stakeholders and customers to educate them on the DAS program and capabilities and capture requirements. Support CoE maintenance by supporting submission processes, maintaining technical documentation standards, and operational reporting requirements. Prior experience designing and developing client-ready documents such as executive decision and informational briefings, stakeholder storyboarding, and governance materials. Required Qualifications: Active Top-Secret Clearance 2+ years of experience in the following: Advanced written, verbal, and communication skills Data Analytics Data management, statistics, accounting, and computer applications Familiarity with agile project methodology Collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA) Process-oriented with critical thinking abilities Skilled in Requirement Capturing Validate requests are in scope Work with the customer to develop the requirements and hand them off to the developers. The ability to ask the right questions-similar to the developers. Clearance: An active Top Secret Clearance is required.
