Registered Nurse - Full Time Day Shift
We are committed to setting the highest standards in skilled nursing care, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at North Lake Care Center in Lake Park, Florida. As a Registered Nurse with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents and helping them maximize their potential.
As a member of our day shift team, you will be responsible for:

Providing skilled nursing care to residents, including assessing their needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and maintaining accurate records

Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Educating residents and their families on disease prevention, self-care techniques, and overall health maintenance

Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and update care plans

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff
