Für unser Government-Affairs-Team suchen wir für unser Hauptstadtbüro in Berlin eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die politische und regulatorische Entwicklungen im deutschen Gesundheitswesen analysiert, relevante Themen strategisch mitgestaltet und die Interessen von AbbVie in einem dynamischen Umfeld unterstützt.#

Das wirst du bewegen:

Strategische Planung und eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von Initiativen und Projekten im politischen Umfeld eines innovativen BioPharma-Unternehmens
Strategische Beratung interner Stakeholder bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung geeigneter politischer Maßnahmen und Initiativen
Monitoring und Analyse gesundheitspolitischer, gesetzgeberischer und regulatorischer Entwicklungen mit Relevanz für AbbVie.
Cross-funktionale Vernetzung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern, insbesondere Market Access, Medical, Legal, Compliance, Communications und weiteren relevanten Funktionen
Aktive Mitarbeit in für AbbVie relevanten Verbänden und Vertretung des Unternehmens gegenüber externen politischen Stakeholdern

Qualifications

Das bringst du mit:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise in Politikwissenschaften, Public Affairs, Gesundheitsökonomie oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
Mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion in Unternehmen, Verband, Politik, Agentur oder einem ähnlichen hoch regulierten Umfeld.
Fundierte Kenntnisse der Strukturen, Akteure und Entscheidungsprozesse im deutschen Gesundheitswesen und der Gesetzgebung auf Bundesebene
Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Arzneimittel sowie gute Kenntnisse relevanter Rahmenbedingungen, insbesondere SGB V bzw. AMNOG.
Ausgeprägte Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams sowie ein strukturierter, lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil.
Strategische Kompetenz und Beratungsstärke auf operativer Ebene
Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
Sicheres Auftreten, politisches Gespür sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte prägnant und adressatengerecht aufzubereiten.
