Job Description
Registered Nurse - Infusion

Schedule

10-hour shifts between 09:00 and 23:30, with weekend requirements.

Assignment Details

Floating is required.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience, including oncology experience.
• Active RN license in California.
• Certifications: BLS and ONS/ONCC.
• Flu vaccine is mandatory (no exemptions or declinations).
• Experience with Epic EMR system is required.
• First-time travelers are not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to oncology patients undergoing infusion treatments.
• Administer chemotherapy and other medications as prescribed.
• Monitor patient reactions and manage side effects of treatments.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Document patient information and care accurately in the EMR system.
