Lead Consultant to join our team in West Lake, Texas (US-TX), United States (US)."Manual QA Engineer JD:Experience Required: 5–6 YearsJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manual QA Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing methodologies, test planning, and defect tracking, with a passion for delivering high-quality software products.Key Responsibilities:Analyze requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across web and mobile platforms.Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in Agile/Scrum environments.Validate fixes and perform re-testing.Provide estimates for testing efforts and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5–6 years of hands-on experience in manual testing.Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good to Have:Basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman for API testing).Experience with SQL and database validation.Exposure to performance or security testing.ISTQB or equivalent certification."About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
