Clinical Pharmacist: Patient-Centered Care & Dosing Expert

The American Geriatrics Society is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care alongside distributive and drug-control duties. Candidate will handle antibiotic and anticoagulant dosing, initial warfarin dosing, renal dosing, and IV-to-PO conversions, advising the medical team on interactions and contraindications.
