Retail Store Associate - Merrell

Responsibilities Create amazing experiences for customers by providing authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression. Achieve sales targets and performance metrics. Interact with customers, educate them on products, and build rapport and lasting relationships. Maintain store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, assisting with loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures. Manage cash and adhere to all policy and procedure for security, health & safety, and stock accuracy standards. Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and collecting customer data. Qualifications Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays. Retail sales experience is preferred but not required. Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles. Excellent communication skills. Positive and professional attitude. Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven atmosphere.
