Inside Sales Representative & Estimating Coordinator
Full-Time | Onsite | Santa Maria, CA

Signs of Success is looking for an organized, sales-minded team member who can work with customers, prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and help keep projects moving.

This role combines inside sales, estimating, and customer coordination . You will handle smaller and straightforward sales opportunities directly while supporting designers and account managers on more complex work.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries and gather project information.
• Prepare and issue quotes using established pricing tools.
• Follow up on open estimates and help move opportunities toward approval.
• Handle appropriate smaller sales projects from inquiry through order.
• Support designers and account managers with pricing, customer communication, and next steps.
• Keep quote, approval, and customer information organized.
• Help with pickups, payments, billing follow-up, and light front-office coverage.
• Learn our products, materials, pricing, and common project types.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Comfortable talking with customers and asking questions.
• Good basic math and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple open tasks without losing track.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and business software.
• Sales, estimating, construction, manufacturing, printing, or signage experience is helpful but not required.

We can teach signage and pricing. We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, dependable, willing to follow up, and interested in taking increasing ownership of sales and quoting.
