Big Slick Dishwasher Opportunity
Big Slick is an intimate boutique steakhouse and bar from Michelin-starred chefs and Austin-based husband-and-wife duo Phillip Frankland Lee and Margarita Kallas-Lee. We cook premium beef, game, and seasonal ingredients over live fire, using classic French technique and old-world sensibilities. Big Slick is seeking a dishwasher who is capable of maintaining clean and dishes stocked and ready to go for our chefs. Assisting the team with ensuring the materials needed for prep are cleaned, maintained, and organized. With multiple operating outlets, and more on the way, this is a great opportunity for dishwashers to join a team primed for growth! Please respond with contact information and work experience.
Job Duties: Cleaning, washing all dishes and materials for sushi chefs, ensure all areas are clean and ready for guests. Be able to be adaptive in a small fine dining environment.
Rate of pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday
