As a Packaging Technician, you'll play a vital role in the assembly, labeling, and packaging of pharmaceutical products, ensuring quality and accuracy at every step. Responsibilities

- Accurately label, assemble, and package pharmaceutical products, following strict SOPs and cGMPs.
- Operate manual and automated equipment for blister and bottle packaging.
- Complete precise counts and prepare packaging components to maintain inventory integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in packaging rooms and with machinery.
- Apply Good Manufacturing Principles in all daily activities to ensure quality and compliance.
- Complete and review batch paperwork to ensure proper assembly of clinical supplies.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Wear required PPE and work in controlled temperature environments (-8°C and -20°C) as needed.
- Support additional shift or weekend overtime as required.

Required Skills and Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in packaging, labeling, or assembly.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to meet vision requirements, including color and peripheral vision.
- PPE Certification (e.g., filtering face masks, safety glasses).
- Reliable attendance and commitment to a 40-hour work week.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in pharmaceutical or clinical trial packaging environments.
- Familiarity with batch paperwork and clinical supply assembly.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tasks and procedures.
