Greetings and well met! We wish to welcome you to join our team at the Fields of New Market Campgrounds for the 52nd season of the Texas Renaissance Festival!

Campground Stewards serve as the primary point of contact for guests and play a vital role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-managed campground environment. Acting as the “eyes and ears” of the campground, Stewards support operations at both the Front Desk and throughout the grounds. Hotel/Hospitality/Customer Service experience is recommended. We are seeking overnight opportunities too!

Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk Support
  • Check in guests and manage reservations efficiently
  • Provide clear and helpful information about campground amenities, policies, and activities
  • Respond to guest questions, concerns, and service requests in a professional manner
• Guest Assistance & Patrol
  • Patrol the campground to assist guests as needed
  • Enforce campground rules and ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for all patrons
  • Coordinate assistance for guests and escalate issues with security when necessary
• Operations & Team Support
  • Cross-trained in all campground roles and assist in various tasks as needed
  • Work closely with security and emergency personnel when situations arise
  • Support daily operations under the direction of the Front Desk Attendant

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 20–40 lbs consistently
• Comfortable outdoors in heat and weather conditions
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work Thursday through Monday, including weekends
