Materials Coordinator

Twin City Staffing is seeking a materials coordinator for a busy manufacturing company in Blaine. This materials coordinator is responsible for accurately and safely completing order fulfillment, shipping and receiving tasks, and overseeing inventory control. Location: Blaine, MN Hours: 2 pm 10:00 pm, Monday Friday Wage: $19 $21/hr.

Duties of the materials coordinator:

• Conduct accurate inventory counts and maintain strict stock control across designated locations
• Handle order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, material staging, and quality issue resolution for metal products
• Safely operate forklifts, saws, and yard trucks to move and process inventory
• Assist delivery drivers with loading preparations, pull orders, and securely pack materials for transport

Requirements of the materials coordinator:

• Valid driver's license and proven experience operating forklifts safely
• Strong math skills with the ability to read tape measures and micrometers accurately
• Physical ability to perform moderate lifting up to 50 lbs. and wear steel-toe boots
• Ability to pass a mandatory background check and pre-employment drug test
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Previous manufacturing or plant experience is a plus)
