Senior Hospital Transactions & Compliance Counsel (Dallas)

Prime Healthcare seeks an experienced Assistant General Counsel – Hospital Operations to provide daily counsel on operational issues across the health system and to draft and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements, including physician contracts, joint ventures, leases, and vendor agreements.

The role requires strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance and experience coordinating with hospital leadership, C-suite, and outside counsel, with occasional travel.
