Restaurant Supervisor

Job Title

Supervision of staff- train, schedule and meet the needs of the daily tasks. Ensures the associates have the tools needed to perform their job. Actively communicates with the back of the house for smooth operation of the restaurant. Reports any safety or health concerns. Assists guests with questions, concerns or needs. Assist with any area of the restaurant as needed.

Strong communication skills verbal and written. High work ethic and self-initiative. Ability to effectively supervise associates. May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. Ability to maintain excellent relationships with staff and maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
