Contract | Travel | Days | 13-Week Assignment | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients in an inpatient acute rehabilitation setting
• Deliver specialized rehabilitation for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans aimed at maximizing patient independence and functional outcomes
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients throughout their recovery journey
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation or acute care setting
• Current BLS/CPR certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) environment
• Experience treating neurological, spinal cord, or traumatic brain injury patient populations
• Familiarity with IRF documentation and compliance requirements
