Quality Engineer

We are a leading provider of high-quality LED street, area, site, and traffic signal lighting solutions. We are currently transitioning into an IoT solutions and Data Management Systems (DMS) provider, leveraging street lighting technology and lighting grid infrastructure as its foundation. About the Role This role will lead customer complaint investigations, manufacturing quality issue analysis, QC Control Plan development, and RMA operations management. The QE Engineer will work closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to ensure product reliability, process effectiveness, and timely resolution of quality concerns. Responsibilities Customer Complaint Investigation & Resolution Lead customer complaint investigations and perform root cause analysis. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Prepare quality reports and drive issue resolution with cross‑functional teams. Manufacturing Quality & Process Improvement Investigate production quality issues and process abnormalities. Analyze quality data and identify opportunities for improvement. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency. Develop and maintain product and process Quality Control Plans. Define inspection criteria, testing requirements, and acceptance standards. Ensure quality documentation remains current and aligned with production requirements. RMA Operations Management Manage daily RMA activities, including product returns, troubleshooting, and repair operations. Coordinate repair materials, spare parts planning, and inventory control. Monitor RMA performance and implement improvements to reduce warranty returns. Failure Analysis & Data Management Perform failure analysis on returned products and field issues. Collect, analyze, and report quality and RMA performance data. Identify trends and recommend corrective actions to improve product reliability. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, Product Quality, or RMA Management. Experience in electronic products, LED lighting, industrial products, or related manufacturing environments preferred. Experience with customer complaint handling and warranty/RMA analysis is highly desirable. Technical Skills Root Cause Analysis (RCA) 8D Problem Solving CAPA Implementation Failure Analysis Statistical Data Analysis Microsoft Excel, Power BI Preferred Skills Bilingual in English and Vietnamese preferred.
