Hotel Front Desk Associate

Bring your skills to our team as a Hotel Front Desk Associate, where you will handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, and work with supervisors to meet daily goals. Additional duties include help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, manage simple records and enter information accurately, as well as adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, learn company products and services to better assist others, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, coordinate with other departments when needed. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
