We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the owner in leading a full-service dining operation. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience, developing the team, controlling costs, and driving sales growth, with opportunities for progression into general manager and multi-unit management roles.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations in a full-service dining environment.
- Supervise, coach, and develop staff to strengthen team performance.
- Prepare and manage shift schedules to support operational needs.
- Build positive guest relationships and address concerns effectively.
- Maintain food safety standards and support consistent service quality.
- Monitor performance, costs, and sales results to support business growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management.
- Associate degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience with restaurant operations and point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of food safety, staff scheduling, and cash management.
- Strong team leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
