Assistance Restaurant Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the owner in leading a full-service dining operation. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience, developing the team, controlling costs, and driving sales growth, with opportunities for progression into general manager and multi-unit management roles.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations in a full-service dining environment.
Supervise, coach, and develop staff to strengthen team performance.
Prepare and manage shift schedules to support operational needs.
Build positive guest relationships and address concerns effectively.
Maintain food safety standards and support consistent service quality.
Monitor performance, costs, and sales results to support business growth.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in restaurant management.
Associate degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Experience with restaurant operations and point-of-sale systems.
Knowledge of food safety, staff scheduling, and cash management.
Strong team leadership and conflict-resolution skills.

Elicious Southern Style Breakfast and Brunch has quickly become the talk of St. Louis County. We are only 8 minutes from St. Louis Lambert International Airport. We're located in downtown historic Ferguson, Missouri known for its great businesses and lovely homes. Our restaurant seats 218 customers and we're open seven days per week.
