As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience from check-in to check-out. Key Responsibilities

Patient Coordination: Greet patients and families, manage multi-line phone systems, and schedule appointments efficiently.

Insurance & Billing: Verify insurance coverage, submit dental claims, and handle patient payment collections.

Records Management: Maintain accurate electronic dental charts and patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards.

Treatment Coordination: Present treatment plans and financial estimates to patients, ensuring they understand their care options.

Office Support: Manage doctor correspondence, respond to emails, and ensure the reception area remains professional and welcoming.

Qualifications

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a dental or medical front office setting is required.

Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills are essential.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Dentrix, our dental practice management software is highly preferred.
