Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in human resources, public or business administration, industrial relations, organizational psychology, or related field is required.
- One year of professional level human resources experience that demonstrates application of the above knowledge, skills and abilities in either the private or public sector is required.
- Public sector experience is preferred.
- Four years as a human resources technician that demonstrates application of the above knowledge, skills and abilities may be substituted for the one year of professional level experience.
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in human resources, public or business administration, industrial relations, organizational psychology, or related field is required.
- In addition to the Human Resources Analyst I experience requirements, two years of professional experience equivalent to that of a Human Resources Analyst I with the City of Fairfield.
- Possession of a valid Class C California Driver's License is required; possession of a valid equivalent is acceptable during the application process.
- Associate in Risk Management certificate is desirable, but not required.
