Position Summary:The Campus Assistant will be involved in the execution of daily tasks for all campus ministries as well as campus office organization and reception.Christian Requirements: A demonstrated Christian faith commitment.A passion for the vision of Revolution Church.Dependable church attendance at Revolution Church.Signed commitment to The Revolution Church Stewardship Covenant.Essential Functions:Greet all guests, Team Members, and Staff with eye contact, a warm smile, and a welcome.Responsible for answering phones, providing information to callers, taking detailed messages, and directing calls appropriately.Assess guest needs and coordinate proper next steps and communication.Manages office calendar.Manages office equipment and supplies (copier, plotter, phones, front desk computer).Organizes and oversees office events.Schedules and coordinates church meetings and conference rooms.Manages office communication systems.Recruits, develops and manages office volunteers/team members.Organizes and maintains files and information.Provides support with administrative duties.Coordinate logistics (packages, mail, and weekly deliveries).Assist directors/ministers in preparation of ministry gatherings for Kids, Students, and adults.Assists each ministry area with events and logistics.Attends staff and departmental meetings, complies with company attendance policy, observes all safety procedures and policies, and participates in training as directed.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check.Must be able to communicate church policy and culture.Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, equipment, and needed software.Must have attention to detail and remain organized.Willingness to continually learn and adapt.Must possess sound beliefs and doctrine, moral character, and godliness in conduct.Must have a dedication to fostering positive interpersonal connections, collaborating effectively within a team, and supporting church ministries.Must be committed to confidentiality concerning all account records, including those of the church, staff, and stewards.Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.Ability to be discreet in dealing with confidential matters and materials.Must be able to effectively read, write, and communicate in English.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions - This position primarily involves working in indoor environmental conditions. It necessitates the capacity for prolonged sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and flexible movement. Occasionally, lifting objects weighing up to 15 pounds with assistance may be required. Proficiency in operating a computer, phone system, and other office equipment is necessary.Office Hours: Monday - Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm, all weekend gatherings, and other special events.Revolution Church follows applicable employment laws but, as a faith-based organization, may consider religious beliefs and practices in its hiring decisions.Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check.
