HVAC Senior Service Technician

Overview Senior Mechanical Service Technician. You will perform HVAC/R troubleshooting and repairs to keep existing facilities and systems operating efficiently. This can include inspection, service, maintenance, start-up, testing, balancing, adjusting, repair, modification, and replacement of mechanical and refrigeration equipment and components including related piping connections and controls, as well as other service, maintenance, and operations work as assigned by the customer or on temporary systems. Southland Industries is a signatory contractor of local union 602. We are ideally looking for someone currently located in the Washington DC Metro area.
