Volunteer Opportunity
Riverton City is currently seeking coaches and volunteers for the following activities:
Coaches Needed: We are currently seeking coaches for the following youth leagues:
- Youth Baseball (August)
- Flag Football (September)
- Street Hockey (September-October)
Coaches will be responsible for managing their team throughout the season. Games are typically held twice each week between 5:00-8:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
Volunteers Needed: Volunteers are welcome for several community events, including:
- Half Marathon (March)
- Easter Events (March/April)
- Town Days (July 3-4)
Additional volunteer opportunities may be available throughout the year as needed.
Minimum Qualifications: All applicants must:
- Pass a background check, including Utah and National child abuse offender registry screenings.
- Complete child abuse recognition and prevention training (required every 3 years).
Coaches only:
- Complete concussion awareness training (required every 2 years).
