Collaborate effectively with technical, business, and global support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Identify and implement process efficiencies to improve data collection workflows. Utilize technical skills to query cloud management repositories and troubleshoot network connectivity issues. Assist with endpoint support and remote access tools to ensure optimal device performance.What's Needed?Experience with Microsoft Entra Admin Center (formerly Azure AD) and querying cloud management repositories. Foundational knowledge of network protocols, diagnostic tools, and troubleshooting methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and find alternative data collection methods. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to partner across diverse teams.
