If so, Human Active Technology (HAT) is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Technician to join our team and play a critical role in maintaining the quality and reliability of our innovative ergonomic office solutions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment, enjoys working with technical drawings and precision measurement tools and takes pride in ensuring products meet customer expectations. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you'll be more than an inspector, you'll be a key contributor to continuous improvement, product excellence and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Based in our Easton, PA headquarters, the QA Technician will support our quality management processes throughout the manufacturing lifecycle, from incoming materials to finished products. Your key responsibilities will include: Perform incoming inspections of raw materials and components to ensure compliance with engineering specifications. Conduct in-process and final product inspections using precision measuring equipment. Assist with First Article Inspections (FAIs) and validation of new or revised products. Review technical drawings, specifications and tolerances to verify product conformity. Utilize measurement equipment including calipers, micrometers, coating thickness gauges and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs). Identify, document and manage non-conforming materials and products. Support containment activities, investigations, corrective actions and root cause analysis efforts. Conduct internal quality audits and assist with maintaining quality records and documentation. Compile, analyze and report quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and supply chain teams to improve processes and product quality. What We're Looking For Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality inspection, auditing, manufacturing or a related environment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications. Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) symbols and inspection methods. Experience using precision measurement equipment such as calipers, micrometers, coating thickness gauges and similar tools. Experience operating or working with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs). Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Ability to create formulas, analyze data and maintain accurate records. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred. A collaborative mindset and willingness to work cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement.
