When you win, we win as a sales team./ppThe Mid-Market Sales Team consists of highly professional and passionate salespeople focused on delivering a world class solution to our customers. The Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for partnering with Mid-Market sales teams to help gain an understanding of the business owners needs. Additionally, providing technical demonstrations and removing barriers to advance the sale. This role will help accelerate knowledge, proactively address learning needs, and provide feedback across the organization./ppYou will conduct product demonstrations, manage technical validation activities, and ultimately help develop the business case for the customer during the sales cycle. You also will act as liaison between sales, the customer and Intuits product teams./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliDeliver sales and product training as needed to the Mid-Market sales teams./liliCollaborate with both Product and Marketing to build and manage a repository of seller facing content, videos, and training./liliNavigate selling processes while fostering deep understanding of key partners and their abilities to deliver against the customers needs in the buying process./liliDrive results in key success areas, including territory/team quota attainment, close rates and customer facing activities./liliProactively make solution recommendations to drive customer improvements./liliArticulate the Intuit value propositions for the key industry focus area of responsibility and having the understanding of Intuits strategies and products relative to major competitors./liliRole model Intuits values and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulli3+ years presales or relevant experience/liliProfessional presentation skills with clear ability to utilize tools to deliver a compelling ROI for the customer, utilizing the Intuit Enterprise Suite./liliExcellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and presentation skills./liliGood understanding of APIs/liliAbility to develop training content as well as sales assets quickly, and as needed./liliOutstanding problem solving skills./liliAbility to adapt and be flexible in a fast paced and changing environment./liliStrong drive for learning./liliHighly driven and requires little guidance while delivering high quality work./liliMust be willing to work in a fast paced startup environment with multiple roles/liliTechnical Acumen with the ability to speak to current technology trends and demonstrate the capabilities of the Intuit Enterprise Suite./liliAbility to understand the entire Intuit portfolio of products and services./liliProactive and able to self-manage in a fast paced environment./liliWork well within a team of various stakeholders (Product Team, Sales Leadership Teams, Product Marketing Teams)./liliTrack record of collaborating and influencing in a sales team environment./liliBachelors degree preferred./li/ul/div
