Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory assessments and initiate appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Administer aerosol treatments and manage ventilator settings effectively.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to manage patient care in the NICU.
• Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Document patient care accurately in the EPIC charting system.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and provide respiratory support for neonatal patients.

Qualifications

• Active RRT or CRT certification and state licensure.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in respiratory therapy.
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system.
• Ability to float between like units as needed.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work every other weekend.
