Rotary Die Cut Operator, 2nd Shift

The 2nd shift Rotary Die Cut Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining rotary die cut printing machinery to produce high-quality corrugated packaging products. Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years previous experience operating rotary die cut or similar printing and packaging machinery.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders, specifications, and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with preventive maintenance and minor machine repairs.
• Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work 2nd shift including overtime as needed.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate rotary die cut printing machines according to job specifications and production schedules.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production run, making adjustments as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal operation and prevent breakdowns.
