Part-Time Recruiter (Temporary, 2-3 Months) Hybrid Schedule: 2 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote A local manufacturer company is seeking an experienced Part-Time Recruiter to assist with a backlog of hourly applicants and support ongoing hiring efforts. Responsibilities Review and screen hourly applicants Conduct phone interviews and initial candidate assessments Move qualified candidates through the hiring process Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates Maintain accurate ATS records Qualifications Recruiting experience required Experience with high-volume or hourly recruiting preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Manufacturing recruiting experience is a plus Assignment Details Temporary position (2-3 months) Part-time schedule Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days onsite, 2 days remote ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
