Powered by a team with an active learning mindset and client centricity at its core, we deliver lasting value for the world’s leading enterprises.Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Facebook.Job DescriptionInviting applications for the role of Business Development Executive, Sales DirectorIn this role you will be responsible for growing our business by pursuing new clients and managing the entire pursuit process from lead generation to contract signature.Responsibilities:Deal Origination: Responsible for growing our business with new clients across various industries.Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape.Utilize insights to shape business development strategies and approaches.Maintains a consistent pipeline of opportunities that align to the organization's strategic focus.Proposal Development: Collaborate with Business Units Data-Tech-AI Function and Commercial/ Pricing teams to craft compelling proposals that effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients.Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.Close deals in a timely manner while meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Sales Management: Maintain accurate records of all business development activities including pipeline updates client interactions and sales performance metrics.Provide regular reports to senior management.QualificationsBachelors - Commerce, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Masters - Business Administration, Masters - Business AnalyticsCertificationsRequired SkillsAdvisory Services, Business Development, Client Relations, Data Analytics, Data Consulting, Digital Business Strategy, Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Program Implementation, Program Management, Project Management, Sales, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Stakeholder Management, Understanding DataLanguageEnglishLanguage Proficiency -Proficient - C2Additional Job Location -Job TypeRegularMaster Skill List -Business DevelopmentRemote Type -OfficeWork Shift -Day Job (United States of America)The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:165,300 to 235,000 USD“Los Angeles, California based candidates are not eligible for this role.
