Labor and Delivery (L&D) Nurse in Arlington This position involves providing high-risk obstetric care within a busy womens hospital unit. The role focuses on supporting mothers through labor and delivery, utilizing specialized skills in fetal monitoring, neonatal resuscitation, and obstetric emergency procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Position Description: Travel RN Labor and Delivery with high-risk obstetric experience in a 23-bed unit, supporting patient care in labor, delivery, and postpartum.
• Certifications and Requirements: Active Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), ACLS certification; 1 year of recent travel experience in high-risk obstetrics; required minimum of 1 year of hospital experience in obstetrics; location: Arlington; shift: day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM; schedule: 36 hours per week; start date: October 13, 2026; end date: January 12, 2027.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform all high-risk OB care including magnesium and insulin drips, circulating and scrubbing for OB procedures. Maintain proficiency in fetal monitoring and obstetric emergency protocols.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic fetal monitoring, high-volume obstetrics, and OBED procedures, along with high-risk or high-volume obstetric experience.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must meet all certification and experience requirements and submit relevant licenses and certifications upon onboarding.
