Dental Hygienist Dental Care at Union Ridge is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team! This position offers a unique opportunity to work across two supported practices, with your primary home office at Dental Care at Union Ridge and support provided at Willow Grove Dental Care. The schedule includes: * Monday: Willow Grove Dental Care | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM * Friday: Dental Care at Union Ridge | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM * Saturday: Dental Care at Union Ridge | 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM If you enjoy building relationships with patients and teams while working in a collaborative, supportive environment, we'd love to connect with you! Minimum Qualifications * Current dental hygienist license in Washinton State and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required) * Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation * CPR Certification Preferred Experience * 1+ years of clinical experience * Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems * Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health * Clinical needs as required by office Physical Requirements * Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position * Prolonged periods sitting and standing * Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times * Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year * As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
