Plant HR Leader & Talent Development Partner

Leclerc Biscuits is seeking a Plant-level HR partner to support the Plant Manager and leadership team. You will lead end-to-end HR activities, supervise HR Advisors and Internal Trainers, and ensure that HR standards and company values are upheld on site. You will drive employee engagement, talent development, succession planning, and change management, while aligning with total rewards and compliance. This role is based at our Montgomery plant in Pennsylvania and requires strong stakeholder #J-18808-Ljbffr Leclerc Group
