Senior Manager, MN Finance (Hybrid)

Senior Manager, MN Finance The Senior Manager, MN Finance is responsible for providing financial oversight and guidance related to the financial activities of both Cedars-Sinai Medical Care Foundation as well as Huntington, Torrance, and affiliated medical groups. In this role, the Sr. Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to management and support the development and implementation of strategic recommendations based on interpretation of metrics and operational performance. The incumbent will manage and coach support staff in the data analysis of existing practices as well as the financial implementation of new groups. In this role, the Senior Manager will provide guidance and supervision to professional and support staff toward the accomplishment of organizational goals. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Healthcare Administration. required Master's Degree in Accounting preferred Work Experience 7 years in managing a healthcare Finance or Accounting Department required 2 years Healthcare financial Management role experience preferred Licenses and Certifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Cedars-Sinai
