The College of Pharmacy is excited to announce the opening of the Program Coordinator in the new RxEACH pharmacy network. The Program Coordinator will support the day-to-day implementation of the RxEACH pharmacy network in South Carolina. Working with the Principal Investigator and project team, help establish and support a network of community pharmacies and external partners. Coordinate pharmacy onboarding, training and implementation activities, collection and reporting of performance measures, and maintain financial records. Strong organization, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and travel within South Carolina for site-based implementation support. Knowledge of community health, harm reduction, opioid use disorder, pharmacy practice, behavioral health, or referral systems; ability to learn project-specific workflows and requirements quickly. Ability to coordinate multiple activities, deadlines, records, and stakeholders across a multi-site program with careful attention to detail. Skill in building productive, respectful working relationships with community pharmacy personnel, behavioral health partners, faculty, students, and other external partners. Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally, including preparing meeting materials, implementation resources, routine summaries, and reports. Skill in collecting, cleaning, tracking, and organizing data; ability to maintain accurate, timely, and confidential program documentation. Ability to identify workflow barriers, support practical problem solving, and contribute to continuous quality-improvement activities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable productivity tools; ability to use virtual meeting, survey, and data-tracking platforms. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary project team. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in public health, health sciences, pharmacy, social work, business administration, or a closely related field. At least two years of relevant professional experience in program coordination, project implementation, community health, healthcare operations, research coordination, or a related area.
