Floating Personal Banker- Chester County, PA

Job Description WSFS Bank’s Personal Bankers will be responsible for providing products and services to enhance customer relationships. The incumbent will get to know their customers, understand and educate them regarding their financial needs, and recommend appropriate products and services through in‑person interactions and outbound calling. This role will open new accounts and submit loan applications, comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements, resolve customer service issues, perform account maintenance requests, recommend and promote the bank’s digital banking services, assist customers with teller transactions, and process various transactions in a timely, efficient, accurate, and friendly manner. Schedule Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM. This is a full‑time 40‑hour/week position with a flexible rotating weekly schedule and 2‑3 Saturdays per month, which can change at any time based on business needs. Responsibilities and Training We provide a continuous learning environment with classroom and hands‑on experiences at various banking offices. Each Associate is positioned for success over a 4‑6‑month training period covering transaction processing, account opening, referral techniques, customer service, and relationship building. The training enables bankers to recommend the best products and services for customers and expand the branch’s customer base. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (required). At least one year of face‑to‑face customer service experience (required). One year of previous banking experience (required). Previous cash handling experience (required). Prior consultative sales experience (required). Proven ability to work with customers in an enthusiastic manner (required). Previous experience in a retail sales environment (strongly preferred). Attention to detail (required). Ability to use and learn multiple banking and software programs (required). Excellent customer service skills (required). Excellent oral and written communication skills (required). Ability to market bank products and services (required). Salary Range $37,440 – $52,800. Individual base pay may vary based on the candidate’s experience, job‑related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs. In addition to base salary, the company may offer discretionary and formula‑based incentive and retention awards.
