We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects from initiation through to completion. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and organised professional who can bring structure, commercial awareness and strong leadership to a varied project portfolio.


You will be responsible for establishing project objectives, developing detailed delivery plans and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Working closely with internal teams, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders, you will provide clear direction, manage expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, delivery and close-out of multiple projects, managing scope, milestones, resources, budgets and risks.
• Develop robust project documentation, including business cases, schedules, reports, governance papers and lessons-learned reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on progress, issues and decisions.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks, dependencies, issues and opportunities, implementing appropriate mitigation plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners, ensuring responsibilities and deliverables are clearly understood.
• Monitor financial performance, approve expenditure within delegated authority and support accurate forecasting.
• Champion consistent project management standards, continuous improvement and effective governance across the project portfolio.

About you


You will have substantial experience managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment, with a proven record of delivering measurable outcomes. A recognised project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, APM or equivalent, is desirable, alongside strong knowledge of project governance, risk management and budget control.


Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills are essential. You will be comfortable working with ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders and making informed decisions under pressure. A collaborative, proactive approach and a commitment to high standards will enable you to succeed in this role.
