Job Description
ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all aspects of patient needs are addressed.

General Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, addressing physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
• Review patient history and conduct physical evaluations while collaborating with patients and their families.
• Analyze diagnostic data and laboratory results, promptly reporting any abnormalities to the medical team.
• Formulate and implement individualized care plans based on assessment data, patient needs, and medical directives.
• Set realistic and measurable goals for patient care in partnership with patients and their families, considering various factors including age, culture, and psychosocial aspects.
• Coordinate care planning with multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic support for patients.

Requirements:

• A minimum of one year of professional nursing experience is required.
• Current and valid nursing license is essential.
• Willingness to work three weekend shifts per schedule period.
• Ability to float to other functional areas as needed.

Additional Information:

• This position requires working three 12-hour night shifts per week.
• On-call and holiday shifts may be required based on departmental needs.
