Job Details Flexible scheduling: 3-5 days per week. Salary up to $110,000 per year with guaranteed bonuses. Structured family‑style culture. We are hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic opportunity in Springfield, MA. The setting supports therapists with a steady referral base and team support, prioritizing patient care over volume.
