As a Security Officer Full Time EMT Response in Monroe, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Security Professional supporting a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist with access control, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter, as assigned.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized activity or unusual conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and completed patrols in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• EMT certification is required.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
