Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
