Make a meaningful difference as a contract Physical Therapist supporting students across multiple campuses for the upcoming academic year. This is an excellent opportunity to provide vital therapies to students ages Pre-K through high school, collaborating with a dedicated PT/PTA team to serve a diverse caseload. This contract assignment covers summer and school-year programs, offering unique professional growth and impactful work.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Physical Therapist license
• Fingerprinting required to work with Pre-K students
• Background in school-based settings preferred
• Early intervention experience or TPBA (Transdisciplinary Play-Based Assessment) training/certification a plus; highly valued but not mandatory
• Ability to travel between multiple school sites, supporting up to 50 students with the PT/PTA team
• Commitment to professional collaboration and strong communication skills

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering direct physical therapy interventions in accordance with IEP goals and student needs
• Completing Pre-K assessments and participating in multidisciplinary student evaluations
• Consulting and collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families
• Documenting progress and maintaining compliant records
• Adhering to district and regulatory guidelines to ensure quality school-based therapy services
• Providing therapy in both Extended School Year (ESY) and standard school-year schedules

• Consistent Monday-Friday schedule (no nights/weekends):
  – 8am-3:30pm / 35 hours per week for school year (August 13, 2026 – May 28, 2027)
