RemX is seeking a polished, customer-focused Guest Services & Hospitality Coordinator to support our client who is defined as a prestigious professional services environment in downtown San Francisco.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating exceptional experiences, building relationships, and serving as a trusted resource for guests, clients, and internal teams.

• Pay: $25.00/hr
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
• Location: Onsite (San Francisco, CA 94111)
• Assignment Duration: 10/05-12/11
• Type: Contract Assignment

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests, visitors, and clients with professionalism and exceptional hospitality.
• Create a positive first impression by providing personalized assistance and anticipating guest needs.
• Respond promptly to questions, requests, and concerns while ensuring timely resolution.
• Support daily front-of-house operations and guest experience initiatives.
• Coordinate reservations, scheduling activities, and related administrative support.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service execution and operational efficiency.
• Monitor guest experiences and identify opportunities to enhance service quality.
• Maintain accurate records, schedules, and service-related documentation.
• Assist with special requests and VIP interactions while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
• Support team initiatives focused on client satisfaction, service excellence, and operational improvement.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and various technology platforms to support daily operations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hospitality, guest services, concierge, customer service, or client-facing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional presence with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and technology-based systems.
