HCV Specialist: Public Housing Programs & Compliance
Housing Authority of Joliet
The Housing Authority of Joliet (HAJ) is seeking an HCV Specialist to provide administrative services to HCV clients in line with SEMAP indicators, HUD regulations, HAJ policies, and daily operations. You will interview and process applicants, verify income and eligibility, conduct program briefings, prepare contracts, calculate rents and coordinate with landlords. You will also manage re-certifications, respond to inquiries and prepare monthly reports. #J-18808-Ljbffr Housing Authority of Joliet
