Schedule

On-site position
Monday-Friday (1st shift, 8AM - 5PM)
Enjoy your evenings and weekends off!

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of support and the go-to problem solver for our customers! Your day will include:

Answering customer questions with professionalism, accuracy, and a smile
Researching and resolving inquiries quickly and effectively
Assisting customers via phone, email, web, or in person
Keeping detailed and accurate records of interactions
Processing adjustments and digging into issues to find the right solutions

What We're Looking For

Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
Strong typing skills (30+ WPM )
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
